Hi Reader,

While I don't always involve my kids in the kitchen on busy weeknights, I do LOVE exposing the kids to a range of foods while they're in the kitchen because I know it's one way that can take make food more fun. And it can be a way to enjoy food together without as much pressuring on who's eating what and learn what a lot of foods are.

The list below is here to help when you want to cook together, vetted by me and my real-life kiddos.
