Quinoa Bites, Strawberry Pancakes, Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken

Hi friends-

I've been doing some deep cleaning to get our warm weather essentials out—which means we scrubbed our favorite water table (we've used this for YEARS), got out our (dustless!) sidewalk chalk and no-spill bubbles, and made a batch of Mango Popsicles for the week. I hope your day is more chill than mine, but equally great:)

Quinoa Bites (with Veggies): With a base of quinoa and cauliflower, these are such a yummy finger food for kids. They’re rich in protein, fiber, and iron, and they store so well in the fridge or freezer.

Fluffy Strawberry Pancakes: These are bursting with berry flavor and require only a few ingredients.

Favorite Raspberry Muffins: With a bright, fresh flavor and an ingredient list that’s packed with nutrition, these are truly something special.

YTF Meal Plan,
April Week 3

Make feeding your family SO much easier this week with the latest meal plan (you can customize for YOUR family!).

Easy Sloppy Joes: With two veggies in the mix and a super simple method, these work as well for toddlers as it does for big kids and adults.

Easy Cilantro Chicken: With options to cook it in a pan or in a slow cooker, to let it marinate or cook it right away, this is a perfectly easy option to feed a crowd—or just your family.

Thin Apple Slicer

Yes, I link this a lot, and yes, I used it every day! (And I like how often it's on sale.)

Easy Yogurt Bars: It’s a fun way to serve yogurt, it’s a great snack for warm days, and it’s a fun option for teething relief for littles.

Favorite Banana Popsicles: This is a refreshing and nutritious snack for kids that’s so quick and easy to make.

Favorite Oatmeal Cups: The recipe takes about 30 minutes start to finish and is a great breakfast for home or on the go.

Crispy Salmon Nuggets: With a short ingredient list and cooking time, these are ready in about 20 minutes and are crispy on the outside and tender in the middle.
