Go-to Cool Down Snacks and Sleep Regression Thoughts

Hi Reader,

Okay, I know that much of the world is Very Hot right now, so I thought I'd share some of our favorite cold snacks (that honestly can work at any meal of the day). We've been doing a lot of frozen yogurts in all forms, smoothies, and fruit cups. (I just made the ones below with peaches this week!) I hope these ideas help a little bit.

They may also be helpful for teething if that is going on at your house!

And also, I just wanted to say that if you're experiencing sleep challenges with your toddler, know that you're not alone. We've been in the thick of bedtime challenges and lots of wake ups with our three year old (which is very abnormal) and it is so hard. I may try to put together something to help struggling parents (or at least look for resources other smart people have already put together), so let me know if that would be helpful to you.
